Celebrate Voting as a Family!

Leading up until the close of election day, MulticulturalFamilia.com invites you to celebrate the power of voting as a family by tweeting to us at the #KidsVOTE hashtag!  We’ll be live tweeting all weekend and sharing pictures of our little ones at the polls, teens voting for the first time and families at the polls together!

What: Share photos of your kids participating in the election process on Twitter!

When: Friday, through Tuesday night (election day)!

How: Tweet your family photos to us at @MFamMag and include the #KidsVOTE hashtag!

For Bloggers: Join in by also tweeting us your blog posts about parenting and politics!

Extras: We’ll be sharing your photos via Storify & linking up to your blog posts in an upcoming post here on Multicultural Familia!

Don’t have a Twitter profile?  Share your photos and links on our Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/multiculturalfamilia

Join us for a Special Election Day Tweetchat!

Please also join us on Tuesday, November 6th at 11am PST/2pm EST for a special tweetchat about Parenting & Politics: Getting Kids Involved in the Election Process.  We’ll have some of our fab contributors co-hosting and sharing their families’ experiences with politics at home.

This is a non-partisan event, so please feel free to share away!

We’ll update this post with details for the tweetchat before Monday!
